The 2020 Toyota Highlander and its hybrid version are here!

It’s here! The all-new 2020 Toyota Highlander is now available at Lagrange Toyota. The hybrid version will be available this spring. This full-size SUV has been treated to a complete makeover, featuring a wider profile, a more powerful stance and a more refined silhouette. The versatile cabin with 7 or 8 seats will soon become a mobile command center for you and the whole family. Equipped with the latest technologies available on the market, the 2020 Toyota Highlander has even more surprises in store!

The 2020 Toyota Highlander and the TNGA platform

The 2020 Toyota Highlander is the first Highlander model to be constructed on the Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA) platform, which lends the vehicle enhanced agility, a smaller turning radius and incomparably smooth, quiet handling. This platform is also responsible for the vehicle’s new stance, which is as stylish as it is practical. In fact, it’s thanks to the little details, like the flaring of the rear fenders and the positioning of the side-view mirrors, that the 2020 Toyota Highlander benefits from improved aerodynamic efficiency.

The transformed cabin of the 2020 Toyota Highlander

Aboard the 2020 Toyota Highlander, you’ll have the whole world at your fingertips. Optionally equipped with Toyota Connected Services, which include Safety Connect, Service Connect, Remote Connect and Destination Assist, the 2020 Toyota Highlander will provide you with all the information you need on the destination and the vehicle. The Platinum version features a 12.3-inch touchscreen, and all versions are equipped with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. What other options are available on this crossover? You can choose from a premium JBL audio system, a 10-inch head-up display, rain-sensing windshield wipers, a rear-view mirror with digital display and more.

The 2020 Toyota Highlander Hybrid

The all-new 2020 Toyota Highlander Hybrid will cost a mere $2,000 more than the gasoline version. And it will offer fuel consumption of only 6.7 L per 100 km, the best in its class! It’s equipped with a new-generation self-charging hybrid-electric powertrain. This system combines a 4-cylinder Atkinson-cycle engine with high-torque electric motor-generators and a continuously variable transmission, producing an impressive 243 horsepower. The 2020 Toyota Highlander Hybrid will be available in four different versions.
